Plot:
A pagan village, founded on the bones of both innocent and foul, is deeply rooted within the heart of an ancient Eden. Reviews:
” …the lack of cohesion and bad writing stop it from going anywhere. Horror films are already having a bad period because they haven’t allowed themselves to go beyond the same old formula. It is very sad that a movie tries to do something a bit different in the genre and fails to master the essentials of making a movie that feels like a consistent and coherent tale.” 4 out of 10, Fiction Horizon

Jikirag might have managed to get by as good-looking and atmospheric hokum if it didn’t run two hours long. At that length, it ends up being more of a test of the viewer’s endurance than anything else. That’s too bad because the filmmakers do show promise, although why Jikirag took three people to direct it is as big a mystery as anything in the script.” 2 out of 5. Voices from the Balcony

Jikirag has all the elements to entertain you for the night. There are eerily odd moments of horror and the village which has been pagan since birth had the feel of somewhere Resident Evil would create if they did something based in like the 1800s.” 3 out of 5, Whichfilm
