Plot:
Filming a vampire flick in an old, abandoned manor house should have worked like a dream, but the film crew is out of their depth, over schedule and desperate to get the shoot finished and go home.

However, as the moon turns full, the nightmare begins. Blood flows and the body count rises as cast and crew meet the manor’s resident werewolf…”
Reviews:
“[James] Fleet is excellent, overdoing the theatrically trained actor who has come to terms with a long and lucrative career carved out of low-rent horror films. The gore is practical, the blood is by the bucket load and the werewolf movie in-jokes, nods to other movies come thick and fast. The ending leaves the door wide for more Wolf Manor adventures in the future…” Britflicks
“This low-budget creature feature, shot in just three weeks in Shropshire, is a fun addition to British horror comedy and the general werewolf movie canon. You can tell the film’s cast and crew had fun making it and the film doesn’t take itself too seriously, but sadly it’s not especially memorable.” 3 out of 5, The Fright Club NI
“Wolf Manor is no American Werewolf in London, and I would have liked to see more for John Henshaw to do, as the stricken innkeeper who tries to warn people of the terrible creature roaming the dark forest. But it’s cheerfully silly. Fleet should play a comedy lead more often.” 3 out of 5, The Guardian
“Brunt’s ambition is often outstripped by his budget and the logistics of the shoot, but his passion for the genre shines through regardless. A shaggy, rough-around-the-edges werewolf comedy from one of the British horror scene’s most enthusiastic voices.” 3 out of 5, Horror DNA
“Fleet is funny as a parody of the kind of horror star who vanished a long time ago, wittering on about his stage Shakespeare credits and complaining about the shoddy fangs he has to wear while recreating his continuing role as a cloaked aristocratic European vampire […] The film rambles on a bit, but the monster is pleasingly retro-looking.” The Kim Newman Web Site

“The creature creations are good, being imposing figures when they come up against a human character and nothing is held back when it comes to the blood in the film […] Wolf Manor is a fun creature feature.” Movie Reviews 101
“The film is clearly aimed at the ‘couple of beers and a takeaway’ crowd, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Genre fans will have fun with the references and the gore, and the more casual horror viewer will enjoy it as an undemanding diversion […] While Wolf Manor doesn’t reinvent the wheel, it has mainstream appeal and is certainly an entertaining ride.” 3 out of 5, Starburst
“There were areas that would have been improved upon with more money but given what they did have to had Wolf Manor is an entertaining watch for a one-off.” Which Manor
