Perumahan Laddaland is a 2026 supernatural horror film about a family haunted by disturbing events in their new home. It is an Indonesian remake of the 2011 Thai film Laddaland.

The MD Pictures production stars Raffan Al Aryan, Aufa Assagaf, Arief Didu, Adjis Doaibu and Andri Mashadi.
Plot:
Determined to provide a better life for his wife and children, Tomy (Andri Mashadi) takes out a mortgage to buy their dream home.
However, their happiness is short lived. Soon after moving in, his family is haunted by a series of disturbing events. Mysterious whispers, terrifying apparitions, and the dark secret behind the housing complex threaten their lives…
