Face of Evil is a 2016 American horror feature film written and directed by Vito Dinatolo. The movie stars Scott Baxter, Chad Bishop, Jamie Bernadette and Janet Roth.

On July 4th, Private Jay Williams (Scott Baxter) returns home from the Middle East, but a mysterious epidemic breaks out and infects his friends at his party.

On the road to salvation, Jay is joined by his ex-sergeant, who reveals chilling secrets leading to a conspiracy. The night has just begun, as they embark on a survival quest for the ultimate truth…

“The movie is well shot and doesn’t betray it’s low budget. There’s very few gore shots, but the ones that are there are well done. There’s a few scenes that manage to build some tension. However, shoddy acting, shoddy dialogue, and uninteresting characters really holds this movie back.” Charleston Picou, Horror News

“I’m still wondering what I saw — black comedy, cheesy spoof, another zombie movie, then something shifts, even the camera-work, when “Sarge” turns up and the over arching paranoia spins out of control. It’s like two movies in one…”
Ashley Jude Collie, Medium

“It is low budget but uses what money it has well. Touching on subjects that are current, it handles them well, and still manages to put them in a horror setting that can be fun as well as still being empathetic. So if you want your horror to be topical, then Face of Evil is for you.” Paul Metcalf, Nerdly
