Boneless premiered at the Fipili Horror Film Festival in Italy on October 29, 2022, before being shown at the Be Afraid Horror and the Brugggore Film Festival. Boneless will make its movie market debut at the European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin, running from the 15th to the 20th of February. EuroObscura will handle international sales for Boneless.
