Curse of the Seven Oceans is a 2024 supernatural horror film about market trader rivalry that leads to black magic curses. The original Indonesian title Santet Segoro Pitu translates as “Segoro Pitu’s Black Magic”
The movie was directed by Tommy Dewo from a screenplay by Riheam Junianti based on a story by Betz Illustration. It was produced by Rocky Soraya and executive produced by Luna Maya, Lisbeth Simarmata, Raam Soraya and Iman Usman.

Plot:
Ever since his father received a mysterious package and heard the voices of a group of creepy tribesmen, Ardi (Ari Irham) and his family have experienced strange events.
One by one, Sucipto (Christian Sugiono), Marni (Sara Wijayanto), and Arif (Khafi Al-Juna) fell ill. Ardi and his younger sister, Syifa (Sandrinna Michelle), begin to suspect that this is a high-level ‘seven seas black magic’ attack from outside Java and that they will both suffer the same fate…
