Murdercise is a 2023 American comedic horror film about a fitness nerd who is ridiculed during a sleazy fitness video so takes revenge.
Directed by Angelica De Alba and Paul Ragsdale (Slashlorette Party; Streets of Vengeance; Cinco De Mayo) from a screenplay written by the latter.
The movie stars Kansas Bowling, Krystal Shay, Robert Bess, Jessa Flux, Nina Lanee Kent, Drew Marvick, Josh Parks, Rob Vardaro, Erica Dyer, Sam Vanivray, Victoria Dementieva, August Kyss, Luis Maya, Adriana Uchishiba and Bryan Hurd.
Plot:
Phoebe (Kansas Bowling) is an obsessed fitness nerd who thinks she has got her big break on a sleazy workout video. However, she is ridiculed by her co-stars for being too serious and straight-laced. Incensed, Phoebe befriends a Mafia princess wild child, who teaches her how to murder her way to the top…
