from a screenplay written by actor Randy Oppenheimer. Produced by David S. Sterling. Executive produced by Ted Chalmers and Randy Oppenheimer.

The Stadium Media production stars Randy Oppenheimer (Amityville Vampire; Rottentail;  Isis Rising: Curse of the Lady MummyBlood Moon Rising), Veronica Ricci (Bloody Mary), Samuel Code (Run! Die! Kill!) and Angel Juarez (Celest).

A group of college students head to Mexico for some cheap plastic surgery. There they meet Doctor Pavor (Samuel Code), a creepy surgeon who is actually a vampire, harvesting victims for his blood cartel.

Aided by his bloodthirsty nurses he systematically carries out his evil plan. When a detective looking for his missing daughter arrives – all hell breaks loose in a bloody combustible conclusion…

Fangs Out takes a timely topic and never hits its mark as it is stifled by lackluster production values, poor acting, and some sloppy writing. I’m a bit surprised because being familiar with some of director Dennis Devine’s other films, Fangs Out feels rushed. Many of his films have that B movie feel, but there are good B movies and bad ones.” Fears Magazine

“While it doesn’t really rise above its DIY nature, Fangs Out does rise above many films in its class. It’s obvious some effort was put into making the film. While several of the sets are obviously nothing more than a room with tarps hung up or someone’s garage they did at least find what looks like an actual clinic to shoot the corridor scenes in.” 3 out of 5, Voices from the Balcony
