Snake Manor is a creature-feature horror film about a rich family and criminals being hunted by a huge reptile. It has a slightly satirical tone.
The movie was directed and photographed by Charlie Steeds (One Big Snake; Snake Creek; Night Harvest; Lord of Wolves; He Sees You When You’re Sleeping; Gods of the Deep; Freeze; The Haunting of the Tower of London; Werewolf Castle; Death Ranch; A Werewolf in England; Vampire Virus; An English Haunting; The Barge People; Winterskin; Escape from Cannibal Farm) from a screenplay by David Lenik (He Sees You When You’re Sleeping) who also co-stars.
The Curious Highways Films production also stars Natalie Veater, Mabel Thomas, Faith McCoy, Garius Kemp, Lauren-Marie Taylor, Lukas John, David Shepherd and Oscar Rockwell.
Plot:
A wealthy but dysfunctional family live in a heavily secured mansion. CEO Carlton Ziegler is a collector who imports a rare snake from Bolivia. When an insider break-in goes wrong, the massive snake escapes from captivity. Both the intruders and the family become trapped within the sprawling manor and must fight for survival as the predator stalks them…
