Plot synopsis:
Three years ago, twenty-two-year-old “girl-next door” Rachel barely survived a brutal massacre that left all of her friends murdered.

Time has passed, and Rachel has moved on, but unfortunately, her close friends are spending Spring Break in a secluded house in the woods, and they have cordially invited her to join. She would never have accepted the invitation if she realised that another bloodbath would be showing up as a plus one. Once Rachel and her friends arrive at the cabin, the partying, making out, and terror begins…

” …it’s pretty good at keeping even those in the audience who don’t like slasher movies entertained, thanks to a cast of relatable characters played by a cast of competent actors, and also by giving the characters backstories, making them more than just cannon fodder. Plus, despite all the gore and killings, the film’s rather light-footed, at times almost comedic in approach, and despite the rest of the film being formulaic, the resolution, as in the unmasking of the killer, is quite a shocker.” Search My Trash

“Imagine if Scream 2 was actually the first film in the series. With the previous knowledge and experiences, it throws a shift in the generic slasher movie psychosis, and leaves us, the viewers, with something both interesting and unique.” We Are Indie Horror

” …a typical slasher that has the confidence just to accept itself and its genre boundaries. There is certainly enough going on throughout to keep any fan of the sub-genre satiated, but if you are looking for something different this isn’t it. With plenty of stoner laughs, nudity and random acts of violence it’s a great opening movie for an evening in.” Beyond the Gore

“It’s a little all over the place at times but it’s never boring. It’s just your standard run of the mill slasher movie and hats off to the filmmakers for making something like this on the budget they had. A nice bit of action in the final third more than makes up for the slow start and if you love your horror you can’t go far wrong.” Back to the Movies

WTF is packaged as a blend of comedy and horror, but neither element ultimately triumphs. The banter between the main characters often feels bland and repetitive, and both the platonic and romantic relationships depicted in the film lack depth and believability. The pacing is disjointed, with the bulk of the action materializing about halfway through the film.” Tennessee Horror

“It doesn’t overstay its welcome, and while it’s quite familiar, it’s slightly above par for what it ends up being. But there’s nothing particularly original about it either. In the end, I feel it’s worth a weekend rental regardless of its tired subject matter. The girls are pretty, the guys are dumb, and the kills are decent enough.” Gruesome magazine

“A rare moment of amusement in this fun-free experience involves a horribly shallow female character freaking out at the state of her face after being attacked by the killer…and thus failing to notice her assailant returning to set her head on fire. You’ll be rooting for the killer all the way.” Horror Screams Video Vault
