KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON (2022) Preview of Martin Scorsese crime drama [updated]

 

Killers of the Flower Moon is a 2021 American crime drama in which members of the indigenous American Osage tribe are murdered in the 1920s. Some were shot in the head while others suffered from a mysterious “wasting” disease. A major investigation by the recently created FBI is launched involving J. Edgar Hoover in this true crime story.

Directed by Martin Scorsese from a screenplay written by Eric Roth, based on David Grann’s book of the same name. The Appian Way/Apple TV+/Imperative Entertainment production stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons and Tantoo Cardina.

Deadline has now confirmed that Brendan Fraser (The Mummy 1999 and sequels) has joined the cast playing the role of lawyer W.S. Hamilton.
