Spithood is a 2023 Australian horror about a mental health worker who is forced to confront her troubled past and a violent patient after he escapes his confinement and goes on a determined rampage.
Directed by Tim Pine from a screenplay by Travis Akbar based on a story co-written with Thibul Nettle. Produced by Thibul Nettle and Tracy Romano.
The Firestick Films production stars Natasha Wanganeen, Thibul Nettle, Nick Buckland, Georgia Williams, Trung Le, Tess O’Flaherty, Patty Glavieux, Claudia Bonifazio, Matthew Brice, Gail Morrison, Luana Pohe, Matt Connelly, Mark Amar and Angus Kromer.
