Reviews:

“Horror and comedy are a delicate mix, but The Manson Brothers Midnight Zombie Massacre pulls the laughs off while embracing the gore. We get some solid practical effects that show more than they tell, aka no useless cutaways. There is a surprising amount of character development…” Arrow in the Head

“The editing is superbly done, pieces link together nicely in between the actual events and the narration so the viewer isn’t left hanging. Camera techniques are great keeping it to close-ups to show emotion, shifting regularly to emphasize the fight scenes. The makeup and CGI are on point as the zombies’ faces are convincingly real and frightening […] The transition from a great wrestling story to zombie mayhem definitely delivers the chills and thrills.” Fiction Horizon

The Manson Brothers Midnight Zombie Massacre marks the debut of Chris Margetis and Mike Carey as screenwriters and they did a fantastic job. With a rapid-fire dialog style reminiscent of a Howard Hawks production the main characters have a lot to say. One-liners, brotherly banter, and some clever wordplay for Mike Carey’s character, Skull, flies by. Occasionally, it flies by a bit too quickly, but for the most part, their delivery is spot on.” The Scariest Things

“What the film lacks in sheer numbers of zombies and victims it makes up for in well-choreographed mayhem and bloodshed. The result is just what you’d expect from a film called The Manson Brothers Midnight Zombie Massacre […] A fun and blood romp…” Voices from the Balcony
