Reviews:
“Despite its shortcomings, Safe House 1618 is absolutely worth a watch. I cannot stress enough – the first 15 minutes of this film will grip you so tight and is near-perfect cinema. The final act also really picks up, and closes the film out on a great high-note. Make no mistake, this is a good film …” 7 out of 10, Indie Eye

“Shorn of fifteen to twenty minutes and with the final act tightened up a bit Safe House 1618 could have been an acceptable character-oriented thriller. Instead, it’s an overlong misfire that often feels like it’s trying to be artsy when it needs to be gritty. It’s an interesting failure, but unfortunately still a failure.” 2 out of 5, Voices from the Balcony
