Reviews:
“Last Resort is bad by most dictates of good taste. That said, there is plenty of fun to be had. The action is bloody, gory, and bone-crunching, the villain is terribly over the top, and the movie doesn’t overstay its welcome. I had a lot of fun flashing back to the silly, brain-free fun of 1980s action movies while watching Last Resort…” Geeks Vocal Media
” …it is the effort from Foo, Norcross, and the well-choreographed action set pieces that keep this otherwise forgettable caper from being a colossal waste of time. If you have time and are in the mood for some action pieces and can overlook bad acting, then Last Resort might just work for you. You know, maybe as a ‘Last resort.’ High on Films
“As if all the “gun violence” were not “triggering” enough, the bad guys in Last Resort truly are Islamist terrorists, which makes it even less woke and even more refreshing […] Again, it isn’t fancy, but it is entertaining, in a meathead kind of way. Recommended for fans of red-meat action movies…” J.B. Spins
“Forever bordering on cliché, it felt throughout that this is a film made by action movie fans for action movie fans. With that in mind, ignore the plot, sit back and enjoy the constant stream of bad guys getting their @sses kicked, in style!” Kung Fu Kingdom
“Although the action scenes are well-choreographed and energetic, Last Resort is a forgettable film that fails to leave a lasting impression. It may satisfy those seeking a simple, superficial action fix but, sadly, doesn’t dive much deeper than that.” Overly Honest Movie Reviews
