‘Hear the voices. Obey the prism.’

Blood Prism is a 2017 American horror film directed by Len Kabasinski (Skull Forest; Curse of the Wolf; Fist of the Vampire; Swamp Zombies; et al) from a screenplay co-written with Alicia Seguin. The Killer Wolf Films production also stars Hunter McKenrick, Jawn Gross and Lisa Neeld.

Plot:

Cecily is a successful artist and local art museum coordinator who hears voices telling her to release ‘troubled” individuals from this earth and into the serenity of the afterlife.

Leading an alternate life as a full-time serial killer, Cecily preys on the depressed, distraught, and hopeless as she attempts to find the meaning behind the voices she hears.

Cecily meets Lucas, a young man who just may fill the void in her heart she has been missing her entire life. However, Lucas is a suicidal, depressed man. Cecily struggles between what her heart is telling her and what her voices are telling her about him…

Reviews:

“Lead is genuinely unnerving. Not always a traditionally good performance but there’s something so off about it that it’s consistently effective. Sound and lighting are the best they’ve ever been in Kabasinski’s filmography. He’s clearly giving this his all on a production level.” Stephen Steinbacher
