Shark Island is a 2021 American action-horror film about a magazine photo-shoot on a remote island surrounded by shark-infested waters.
Directed by Stephen “Scruffy” Edgewood from a screenplay written by Dustin Alexander III, based on a story by Dante Del Mare, the movie stars Michael Paré, Erin Alvey O’Sullivan, Alexandra Merle, Jude S. Walko and Russell Geoffrey Banks.
Plot:
Several beautiful models are invited to an exotic location for a photo-shoot. There they model a rare $10 million dollar necklace for a wealthy investor. Unbeknownst to them, the island’s surrounding waters are infested with sharks. But perhaps it’s not the sharks in the water they need to worry about.
