Jack and Jill: The Hills of Hell is a 2022 British slasher horror film that continues the nefarious murderous activities of the titular sibling killers. Also known as Jack and Jill Return and The Legend of Jack and Jill 2. A further sequel, Jack and Jill: The Hills Run Red aka Jack & Jill 3, was released in 2023.

The movie is a sequel to The Legend of Jack and Jill (2021).

Directed by Adam Cowie (Amityville Scarecrow 2; Dragon Fury 2) from a screenplay by Sophie Storm K. based on a story by co-producer Scott Jeffrey (Spider in the Attic; The Mutation; Bats; Bad Nun: Deadly Vows; Cupid; ClownDoll ). Also produced by Rebecca Matthews (Blood in the Water; Witches of Amityville Academy; The Candy Witch; Pet Graveyard). Executive produced by Stuart Alson and Nicole Holland.
