Tooth Fairy: Queen of Pain is a 2022 horror film about an escaped lunatic who murders victims for their teeth.

Directed and co-produced by Louisa Warren (Tooth Fairy 5; Legend of the Lizard Man; Conjuring the Plastic Surgeon; Tooth Fairy: The Last Extraction; The Leprechaun’s Game;  Tooth Fairy: The Root of Evil; Scarecrow’s Revenge; Virtual Death Match; Bride of Scarecrow; Tooth Fairy; Curse of the Scarecrow) from a screenplay written by  Ben Daly (Return of Krampus; Tooth Fairy 5). Also produced by Scott Jeffrey (director of Don’t Speak; Cupid; Clown Doll; The Bad Nun; plus many more).

The movie stars Paula Coiz, Samantha Cull, Genna Loskutnikov, Giedre Jackyte, Marcus Massey, Julia Quayle and Jo Barker.

Plot:
An escaped mental patient who was once known for murdering and collecting teeth has escaped from an asylum. Now, a group of teachers on a trip find themselves in grave danger as they are stalked one by one in the middle of the mountains.
