Monster Attack 2 is a 2021 Chinese creature feature set in a desert inhabited by locusts, a grizzly bear, giant scorpions and mega snakes. It is a sequel in name only to Monster Attack (2019).
Directed by Miao Jinguang, the movie stars Cao Lei, Wei Xiaodong, Yang Xiaomi and Yin Yijia.
Plot:
Da Chang is hired to go to the Gobi desert to collect folklore and rescues Yuelin, who also went there to collect information on ancient human cultural sites.
First, locusts attack their 4×4, then a grizzly bear attacks and they are also menaced by a mutant python and super venomous giant scorpions.
How many violent beasts are there in this uninhabited desert lurking, what kind of battle will ensue between the poisonous scorpion and the giant python? Can everyone get out of the no man’s land alive?
